FULL BIKE SET-UP

If you are building a new racer or have bought something which requires attention. We can take your complete bike and set your suspension. We can give you a consultation where we discuss your individual requirements. Ring now for advice and prices.

STAGE 1 CONVERSION (FORKS)

Forks re-built and standard cartridges and pistons re-valved and re-sprung to suit riders weight, style and preference. An excellent way to get a track feel at an affordable price. £250.

STAGE 2 CONVERSION (FORKS)

Similar to stage one conversion but using ohlins 20mm piston kit and ohlins springs. The kit utilises a new mid valve which really lends itself to track use. £450.

COMPLETE CARTRIDGE

For the ultimate up grade to the standard fork. Cartridges are increased in size to 25mm giving a greater damping force with a better feel. We stock OHLINS cartridges for all popular models £POA.

SHOCK CONVERSION

We can re-build your standard shock to your requirements, making it much more useable on track. we can up-rate spring, damping system and adjusters to address the shock short falls on track. Prices start from £180 - £350.

SUPERMOTO CONVERSION

Supermoto is a tough test of a motorcycle. We have years of championship winning experience which we apply to our Supermoto conversion. Full conversion includes lowering, re-valving and rider rated springs. £475. Ring to discuss personal set-up.
